Payments and refunds

Bills Mall does not collect or process buyer payments. Buyers and sellers agree on payment, delivery, and any refund directly with each other in their private conversation. Confirm the seller, product, total price, and payment recipient before sending money. Report suspicious requests through the conversation.

Privacy

We store account information, marketplace conversations, and order requests to operate messaging and moderation. Seller phone numbers and payment instructions are not published on product pages unless the seller explicitly enables public contact. Bills Mall does not collect payment credentials.

Terms

Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming and completing payment and delivery arrangements directly. Bills Mall provides marketplace listings, private messaging, order request statuses, and reporting tools; it does not process or guarantee transactions. Users must provide accurate listings and treat each other respectfully.
