Open a product and choose Chat with Seller. Sign in to start a private conversation, discuss price and availability, and send an order request.

Delivery

Agree on delivery cost, location, and timing directly with the seller in your conversation.

Tracking your order

Visit Messages to see seller replies and order request statuses. Sellers can accept or decline requests and confirm details in the conversation.

Vendor support

Vendors can manage products, orders, and reviews from the vendor dashboard. Buyers can manage their account and contact sellers through Messages.
